I bought the UGREEN Nexode Power Bank 25000mAh 200W with Smart Display from the official website. The package arrived dirty, and I discovered that the item appeared to have been used. I tried to return it, but the customer service team wasn’t very helpful. They only sent me the return address in a message instead of providing a return label or a PDF that I could print, which would have helped avoid any mistakes.

Very Poor customer service, I order the item and it didn't arrived. It's been 2 weeks now and they keep on telling it already arrive. I showed the screenshot is still delay and no progress. Emailed them everyday and for 2 weeks they only replied 3x so far. Very very poor Not even contact number to call is available only email. If there is negative star I would give negative 10 star.
A
very good product and professional support

It’s insane, I charge my phone on about 12% and it got to 47% in about 15-20 mins. Wonderful stuff. Reccommend it highly

Still haven’t received my power bank and it’s been nearly a month.
I understand this might not be directly connected to ugreen and more a courier related issue. Yet no one is taking responsibility and so far I’m down money and the product
C
Great source of power with slick design and smart as well.
A

Ordered the UGREEN Nexode 25000mAh 200W power bank over 10 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the courier directly and also reached out to UGREEN UK customer service multiple times — no resolution, no refund, and barely any useful response. For a company selling "premium" tech, the after-sales support has been genuinely poor. If you're considering buying, be aware that if anything goes wrong with delivery, don't expect much help getting it sorted. Very disappointed and would think twice before ordering from them again.

The power bank itself is decent enough for day to day use. I have been using it to charge a phone, tablet and ps vita while on the go.
The only thing stopping me putting a 5* down is a little niggle, if I plug the tablet then the phone in its fine but if I unplug and replug the phone it has a handshake issue with the tablet, it requires me to unplug and replug the device.
I also have a 65w charger from a competitor that does not play well with the Powerbank either, it will charge it at 30w but power the phone at 65w, but if I plug the power bank into a ugreen plug it takes the full 65w input.
Little minor niggles that I'm putting down to first World problems

Great product excellent value for money. I was looking for power bank for mybtravel needs and this product tick all the boxes. Solid build and value for money
A
Good powerbank. Not too big. Quite heavy. Great for charging the laptop on the move. Direct from Ugreen was cheaper than their Amazon shop, but delivery was poor. Sent quickly but not in a box, just an unremovable address sticker on the powerbank box, the first one went missing! Chasing and effort required to get it resolved and a second sent, in total took a few weeks. Choose your shop wisely!
A
I’ve been using this power bank for a while and it has been very reliable. The battery capacity is enough to charge my phone multiple times, which makes it useful for travel and long days outside. The build quality feels strong and durable. This offers great value for money and is a very convenient backup charger.
A
Love this power bank. Great for travel.
F
Buenísima para llevar a los viajes y no quedarse varado en los aeropuertos sin carga. Pero para el día a día no la recomiendo, porque es muy grande e incomoda.
A
Aguanta lo que dice , tarda en descargarse sin el uso ,, muy importante

Works great. Last a long time. Quick and convenient on the go. Simple to charge and use.
L
Best charger I've had. If you don't mind the increased size it's great. Lasts me forever.
M
Love this charger! You can charge it while it charges other devices. It is easy to grip and not too big to fit in my purse. Multi use I would definitely buy it again if needed.
A
I love mine! The USB-C ports are fast charging, both for charging devices and charging the bank itself! This is an amazing addition to the legion go, switch 2 or other handheld devices that charge via USB-C! For other devices it has a USB A port for anything that doesn’t support fast charging! It’s a bit weighty but I can fit it in any bag I have and also in my switch carry case where the dock goes. It can output a total of 200w an I’ve seen it take 75w input to charge.
B
This isn’t a cheap bank but I do feel it’s worth it. I se it as a second battery for my Starlink solar panels to extend usage and it does great. Of course it super fast charges phones and everything plugged into it. It really changed my thoughts towards chargers and speeds. I bought a high speed cable to use with it and have been beyond impressed with its performance. Love the display, so much useful information
A
Budget friendly! And works perfectly
m
Power was great and quick to charge devices
A
This was a solid powerbank. It has its advertised capacity and hit the advertised wattage. However for the price i ended up getting a better deal on a cuktech so I returned.
C
This is a good substantial battery that has a useful display and a nice capacity.
J
So far very good I like it I will come back do update March 2026 I want to see for how long this items keep his performance life span
D
It’s charged my dell laptop from 6% too 100% in 35 minutes and I love the screen that shows the charging
