Doesn’t work. Support doesn’t respond. Can’t return it because they don’t respond. Massive mistake buying direct. I wish I’d bought something else.

The advertising wasn’t clear enough about which Ssd would fit but otherwise no problems with the unit. Return process was easy unlike some others

Would be alright i suppose if my item had arrived and they have ignored all my messages very appalling I even paid that bit extra for the safe delivery protection. I have used ugreen for sometime and no issues. But I suppose its not them its the courier. But could atleast reply to me.

Works great, nice price and a really simple but effective design. Drive sled is easy to release but stays intact when transported by backpack. Completely tool-less. Comes with USB-A and USB-C cables. Small LED shows drive status and blinks for activity. Can't confirm any speed claims with my slow drives but it seems to perform well.

This enclosure allowed me to use my old ssd that I salvaged from a laptop. it's small enough for me to throw it into my backpack and forget it's there. The download speed and write speeds are good, I mainly use it to store gaming videos. feels pretty solid. easy to install and set up. I'm glad it came with both a usb-c to usb-c and a usb to usb-c cable.

This thing is really good, it has a great price, it is really fast, installing the nvme into it is no pain, you dont need any screws, it comes with a little tab. The quality is really good and strong, and it is really small and compact. Overall, this thing is amazing

Packaged nicely. Assembles easily. Instead of a screw, a small rubber insert holds the end of the M.2 card in place. A backup insert is included in case you lose the one already inside. Both USB A and C cables are provided. I needed the A for use with an older desktop PC. I was recovering a boot drive for a coworker when his motherboard died. Now he has his old files again. (He'll copy them to the replacement machine and put this away as a backup.)

My laptop died, and I needed a way to get my files off of the old harddrive. And now it acts as an external harddrive, and who couldn't use an extra terabyte?instructions were simple and easy, and I'm happy. Comes with two cords, USB and USB-C, to be more versatile.

Used it to upgrade a steam deck ssd. Worked fine. Supplied cables are a bit short. The nub that holds the ssd down is fiddly and likely won't last long however a 2nd one was included.

I had to clone the larger NVME I also bought from Amazon to upgrade the storage on my desktop computer.This enclosure was so easy to use. Now it holds a 1TB drive and I guess I can use it as an external drive.

A couple of days ago my home computer and one of my work computers booted up on Monday morning to the dreaded blue screen. Apparently a January Microsoft update is now known to have basically ruined some hard drives with no solution or fix so far. Some suggest to just enter WinRE and choose uninstall updates and restore options but nothing worked. I couldn't wait around so I ordered a new NVME drive, and bought this enclosure to copy my files off my old drive. It works like a charm, very easy to use and now I have my new faster NVME drive as my primary and have this attached as a secondary backup.Everyone, TURN OFF AUTO UPDATES IN WINDOWS. You don't want to go through the headache of what I went through

Best money I've ever spent. Works as easy and quick as described. Finally I can get my files on my old pc.

Work greats and very useful for cleaning ssd for me personally. Unfortunately it wouldn't fit ssd with heat sink, but still a great product.

UGREEN makes the best tools you need for computers. This was used to upgrade and restore a laptop with the previous install of windows. This will also let you make external SSDs, to use as flashdrives or the like on iPhones or PCs.The speeds I was getting was around 300-400Mbps.

A simple way to take an old memory card and use it as extra file storage. I would purchase again.

Has worked like a charm since I put it together out of the box. Had ordered the ssd before I knew it wouldn't fit in the machine. Easily solved the issue. No performance problems.

Works exactly as expected. I got it so I could upgrade the SSD in my Win11 laptop by imaging my new ssd from my old and swapping them. I now have the drive (with my old SSD) set up as a bootable linux OS for coding.

No issues and fast transfer speeds. UGREEN does not disappoint.

Worked great for what I needed, which was cloning my SSD onto a new, larger SSD. I didn't notice any heat buildup. I guess you could just leave the enclosure open if it's getting hot.The upload and download speed seemed to only be limited by my computers max speeds.I'm now using it to house my old SSD that I'm using for a secondary backup method. It's always good to have multiple backup's.

Works perfectly on my Mac and Linux Ubuntu 25.10. It comes with both cables for USB A and USB C. the performance is definitely better plugging into a USB 3.0+ port that supports 5GB speed. So if you're going to buy a SSD keep in mind your speed is limited by the USB port your plugging into. Plug into the blue USB ports will give you the fastest available speed. So no point in buying a SSD that runs at 7000mbps RW because your USB port will limit you.

This enclosure uses decent materials for the price. It seems like it may scratch or dent easily but has a nice outer cover. Putting it together was easy but the directions were confusing about how to use the adhesive foam. You don't need any special tools for this and I was able to use it within a few minutes of unboxing it. Easy plug and play support with the supplied USB C cable.

Used this to transfer my m.2 storage between my old and new pcs. It worked just fine.

Works well but with very tight fit. When putting on and taking off outer hull, extremely tight fit tends to cause silicon pad to bind. Perhaps a clamp design rather than a tight sliding design would be better.
