1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with no signs of use that would affect resale, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, regardless of the reason. However, please note that purchases made through corporate or bulk orders may not be eligible for refunds, with bulk orders defined as orders for more than 10 items. Once the returned items arrive at Ugreen's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

2. Accessories and Original Packaging Requirements:

Returns must include all accessories, and the product must be in its original packaging. If you purchased products as part of a "buy one, get one free" promotion, you must return both items to receive a full refund; otherwise, you will only be refunded the the recommended retail price of the products you have sent back.

3. Non-Quality Issue Returns:

According to our "30-Day No Reason Return Guarantee" policy, if you have no quality issues with the product, you can apply for a return. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Quality Issue Returns:

For quality issues, please contact customer service for assessment. If it is confirmed that the product has quality issues, you can apply for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the device.

 

How to Return:

Customers can contact Ugreen customer support to initiate a return. Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order number, sales invoice, etc. Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours, answering any further questions you may have and providing guidance and instructions for the return.

Once you have returned the product as instructed by our customer service team, you need to send another email to service.uk@ugreen.com, stating that the product has been shipped and providing the status of the return. We will process your refund request as soon as possible.

 

Refund Timeline:

Once the items arrive at Ugreen's warehouse and the product status is confirmed by customer service, the refund process will begin. Refunds will be issued using the same method as your original order. Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping Responsibility and Damage Risk:

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns without quality issues, as well as return shipping costs (if there were no logistics costs in the original order details, a fee of 4 euros will be charged). Buyers are also responsible for any damage or loss during transportation.

 

Order Cancellation:

If you change your mind within 2 hours of placing your order, you can contact Ugreen's official customer service via email to cancel your order. Please note that if the product has already been shipped, we will charge a 10 euro order cancellation fee. Please understand that although we will make every effort to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee a 100% cancellation due to potential changes in the order processing process.
