You may want to know whether or not our products are suitable for you. To accommodate your decision-making, we give you 30 days to return products you're unhappy with when you order from the official Ugreen website.
Return Policy (30 Day - No Reason - Return)
You may return purchases for a refund at the purchased price within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must include original packaging & all accessories.
Returned items with visible scratches or marks cannot be returned. Free gifts cannot be exchanged.
30 days refer to the date from the date in which your order was placed until the date when the return email is sent out. For orders beyond the 30-day window, we cannot process refund requests that are non-quality related.
Please confirm that your order is from the Ugreen official store. For products purchased on other platforms, please contact that specific retailer for a refund.
How to Return
- Send a refund request email to email@example.com. Be sure to state the purchasing platform and the reason for the return in the email. Include an attachment of your digital invoice or a screenshot of your invoice to confirm the order number.
- A customer service representative will reply to your email within 24 hours with additional questions or guidance for the next steps.
- After you've completed the steps in accordance with the guidelines detailed by the customer service representative, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Money will be returned to the payment channel you initially used to purchase the product, and you will receive a notification from the corresponding payment channel.
- Note: For non-quality related return requests, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
