UGREEN Cat6 1000Mbps 250MHz U/UTP RJ45 Patch Ethernet Cable

First off i was abit disappointed this was
a Very poor cable. I had to eventually replace it as all diagnostic checks and tests on everything else were fine, so it led back to this thin Ethernet cable I had bought a couple of months ago! I use alot of Ugreen cables and bits n bobs never normally an issue with them but you can't always expect them to be perfect. I Perhaps I got a faulty one; it just cannot deliver stable speeds. They shoot up and drop rapidly, and latency is all over the place. I replaced it with another brand, a lot more expensive and thicker, and confirmed it's the cable! Things are working as they should again! I tried it last night to connect a second router upstairs as it was to hand, and the same thing happened again: just fluctuating speeds and latency graphs with all spikes. Honestly its the first UGREEN product I have had that has been poor so it won't stop me buying from UGREEN it's just one of these thing's unfortunately I can't send it back it didn't cost much so not to bothered but don't think I'll buy another Ethernet cable at these prices as I thought it was my provider all this time as trusted the cable so much.

I bought these CAT 6 cables after buying CAT 8 cables to connect my 1gb laptop network RJ45 to my switch. It's logical to think if CAT 5e works, get the larger number for a replacement. Wrong assumption. My laptop slowed to a crawl with the CAT 8 cable. The new CAT 6 cable worked as expected, even though it is shielded.and my old CAT5e was unshielded.

I am a PS5 gamer. I got this so I could see if there would be any difference in my wifi speeds. Unfortunately, there''s no noticeable difference, but it works. It''s a really neat looking cable. Definitely worth the investment.

Felt like a really premium product, works great, looks great.

Very pleased with this Ethernet cable, in particular the slim round cable. The inserts fit very securely. Delivery was quick and nicely packaged in a zip pouch. Would recommend product and service.

Arrived in a zipper sealed bag, all clean and intact. The shielding on the cable seems robust, but I wouldn't know how to test it. I have been using this for about a week for online gaming in combination with a gigabit usb-c to ethernet adapter and achieve about the same speeds as on wifi (~250 MBps), but with significantly less packet loss / latency so I'm satisfied.

Great cable its very consistant and is great quality i dont know why there are bad reviews saying its not gigabit as i have had no problem i got a very consistant 500mbps and its super fast and im even using a ethernet switch as shown in the picture very good cable ill definitely buy ugreen again

Very well built and flexible material.
