Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the “Giveaway”! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.

 

1. Event Information

  • The Giveaway is sponsored by UGREEN (the “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
  • The Giveaway will be held in the United Kingdom only.
  • The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM BST on July 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM BST on August 4, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

 

2. Eligibility for Participation

  • Participants may enter the Giveaway by submitting a valid email address. By providing their email address, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor may send them promotional and marketing communications. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time, and opting out will not affect their eligibility for the Giveaway or any prize already awarded.
  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Each valid email address is eligible for one (1) Lucky Wheel spin only. Multiple submissions using the same email address will not result in additional entries. 
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, as applicable, at the time of entry.
  • By entering the Giveaway, participants confirm that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and truthful.

 

3. Entry Requirements and Restrictions

  • Entries generated through unauthorized methods, including but not limited to automated systems, bots, scripts, fraudulent accounts, or other unfair practices, will be disqualified.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, or engages in any conduct that the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or unfair.

4.  Prize Details

  • The prize(s) available for the Giveaway are as follows: 
    • 5% Discount Coupon – approximately 50%
    • 10% Discount Coupon – approximately 8% 
    • ￡5 Discount Coupon – approximately 10% 
    • ￡10 Discount Coupon – approximately 5% 
    • No Prize – approximately 27%
  • Use of a discount coupon may be subject to the purchase of eligible products and/or applicable order requirements. Unless otherwise specified, only one (1) discount coupon may be used per order.
  • The validity period and specific redemption conditions for each coupon will be specified at the time of issuance. 
  • The prize is determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

5. General Conditions

  • This Giveaway is a promotional activity and is not a form of gambling, lottery, or betting activity.
  • This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other third-party platform where the Giveaway may be promoted.
  • By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless UGREEN and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway, the acceptance or use of any prize, technical failures, errors in the administration of the Giveaway, or any circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

 

6. Changes, Cancellation, and Termination

  • The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, security issues, viruses, or other events affecting the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway, occur.
  • Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where reasonably possible.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration in Shenzhen, China, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive participants of any mandatory rights or remedies granted under the applicable laws of their country or region of residence. To the extent required by such mandatory laws, those laws shall prevail, and any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts or other dispute resolution forum required by applicable law.
