How to Claim Your Refund
- Please contact us at service.uk@ugreen.com within 30 calendar days upon receipt of this email, and confirm which Nexode & Magflow Air Edition product from your order you wish to claim the refund for. Only one single item from your order can be processed for refund; multiple refund requests for different items in the same order will not be accepted.
Note: The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow some time for it to appear in your account.
How to Find Your Order Number
- Check the order confirmation email you received after checkout. Your order number should appear at the top of the receipt.
- Log in to your UGREEN store account and go to My Orders. Open the details for your Nexode & Magflow Air Edition order.
Terms & Conditions
1. Participants who use duplicate IP addresses, fake or invalid email addresses, automated registrations, or any other fraudulent method of participation will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive the prize.
2. Each selected winner may receive only one prize under this promotion, limited to a single Nexode & Magflow Air Edition product refund per order.
3. Winners must confirm their refund details between June 29 and July 29, 2026. Failure to confirm within this period will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
4. UGREEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, and reserves the final right of interpretation regarding this promotion.
