Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged ($ USD) when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your purchases, UGREEN will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.
Tax-Exempt Orders
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please send an email to service.uk@ugreen.com. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. A representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax-exempt certificate to us so we may process a refund of the tax. This refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. UGREEN does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
