UGREEN Festival Gift Set Giveaway

Welcome to the UGREEN Festival Gift Set Giveaway (the "Giveaway").

1. Organizer

This Giveaway is sponsored and organized by UGREEN ("Sponsor", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs from June 1, 2026 to July 18, 2026 .

Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The Giveaway is open worldwide, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway through the official activity page hosted on the Gleam platform by completing designated tasks, including following UGREEN UK social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok;

Participants need to complete valid action to qualify. Besides, Participants may complete additional bonus actions to receive extra entries.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, fake, or abnormal accounts and entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) UGREEN Festival Mystery Gift Set.

The prize package may include:

Festival-themed merchandise

Customized gifts and accessories

Final prize contents shall be determined by the Sponsor.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected after the Giveaway ends.

The winner will be contacted via email or social media within seven (7) days after the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Privacy

By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process your email address for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility and contacting winners.

This giveaway is administered through Gleam, a third-party giveaway platform provider, which may process certain personal information submitted in connection with your participation in the promotion for the purpose of operating and administering the giveaway.

You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Giveaway and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

By participating in this Giveaway, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.

The Sponsor reserves the right to make the final decision regarding matters related to this Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
