Notes:

1 This dock is not compatible with Windows Thunderbolt 3 laptops, Windows laptops with Full-Function USB-C ports can only connect to one external monitor. Apple Silicon MacBooks with M1 / M2 / M3 Base chips and Intel Thunderbolt 3 MacBook support only one external display. MacBooks with M1 / M2 / M3 Pro or Max chips, and all M4 models, support dual displays.
2 The minimum systems specification required to use this dock is macOS 15 and Windows 11(23H2) and above.
3 This dock supports triple display via 3 Thunderbolt downstream ports. However, whether triple display can be achieved depends on your laptop's specifications. Very few laptops are capable of supporting triple display with this dock. Based on our testing, only the Razer Blade 18 Gaming Laptop with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 successfully supports triple display. We will continue to update the list as more compatible devices become available.
4 The front USB-C ports support charging and data transfer but do not support video output.
5 Always use the supplied Thundertbolt 5 cable with the dock. Using uncertified or incompatible cables may cause incompatibility issues.
6 Plugging in the DC power supply turns the dock's light green. When connected the host to the upstream TBT5 port, it lights up blue and operates normally.
7 Dual 5K monitors need to be Thunderbolt 4 monitors or Apple Studio Displays; LG UltraFine 5K monitors are unsupported. For 6K, use Thunderbolt 4 monitors or Apple Pro Display XDR; DSC function is necessary on both laptop and monitor for 6K and 8K resolution.
8 Higher refresh rates (above 60Hz) may need DSC (Display Stream Compression) support for monitors and GPUs, and bit/color depth may vary.
9 The 2.5G Ethernet, USB-A, USB-C data, and SD/TF card ports share a 10Gbps bus. For maximum 2.5Gbps network speed, avoid sustained high-speed transfers on other ports simultaneously.
