The order wasn't shipped; I waited two weeks, and tech support didn't respond. I got my money back by disputing the charge with my bank.

Looks great, arrived next day. Now the test comes... Will it last? No idea....

While Ugreen's products might be good, their customer service is non-existent. My parcel was stolen from outside my property, and my attempts to arrange a refund or replacement have been entirely blocked by an AI chatbot on repeat. I'm left out of pocket with no resolution. Avoid this brand—I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone.

Courier seems to Drop my parcel on wrong location and evri customer service team told me to send the replacement its been 2 weeks no replacement no refund totally disappointed

Great device, fantastic for my Steam Deck. It can power the device for almost 2 hours before dying fully. This is playing a rdr2 with no performance throttling. Not a bad battery. Works great thus far.

I can’t get caught without mine I use it at home and away from home, so convenient rather than using a plug, It’s a lil heavy but I like that because I stands upright really good, it’s powerful and charges anything fast like a blink of an eye, I use a 100Watt charger to recharge it and it charges back up really fast, I’d recommend using no less than a 65watt wall charger for fast charging I love mine yes I’d buy it again and again, I highly recommend it to those looking for a solid charge bank.

I love this thing! Charges quickly, charges my phone quickly, and it doesn't run down fast when it's unplugged. I've had this one for over a year and have only had to plug it in 3 times - 1st time when I first got it, 2nd time when I was testing it, and 3rd time was only last month because it had gone down to 98%.

I purchased another brand's powerbank for a specific use. However, that one was not able to output the energy needed and drained very quickly. On the other hand, the Anker has been great. It outputs what is needed and the battery life has been outstanding. When it comes time to charge the powerbank, I use an Anker USB charger and is complete is less time than I would have thought given its capacity.

Nice well built charging unit. Has 3 outputs to change 3 devices simultaneously. It recharges quickly and is great to keep in your pack and will last for days of recharging your cell phone many times over.

The UGREEN Nexode Power Bank 20000mAh 130W has honestly been one of the best purchases I have made. It charges extremely fast and has more than enough capacity for my daily needs. I can fully charge my phone up to three times, or charge my phone and my laptop, or my phone and my tablet without any issues. The fast charging works both ways. The power bank itself charges quickly, and it also delivers very fast charging to connected devices. The build quality feels solid and premium, which I really like. The included cable is not great, but that is a minor issue and does not take away from the overall quality and performance of the product. Overall, this is an excellent power bank that delivers exactly what it promises. It is powerful, reliable, and definitely convinced me about UGREEN as a brand.

can charge my phone 40-80 in 15mins using the fast charging port. haven’t tested the battery life yet but have high hopes for it. the only ick for me tho is the size, but not a deal breaker, all in all for the price a great deal!
